Exceptional Product Specialists Needed for Automotive Company at local events in the Phoenix and Scottsdale Area

Product Specialist Qualifications (only qualified applicants will be considered):

·         Must have Auto Show/Automotive Promotional Experience – or experience that highly relates to the industry (boat shows, etc)

·         Quick learner and thinker, ability to speak “car” lingo, know competitors and make distinctions between various makes and models of automobiles, learn specs of automobile

·         Product Specialists must be highly engaging, friendly and approachable to interact with and engage consumers

·         Confident, professional and articulate to make a lasting, positive impression on the consumer

·         Comfortable tailoring conversation to introduce auto specs and relating benefits of this particular company to consumer needs.

·         Proactive and confident decision maker

·         Ability to work all dates and hours

Job Details:

Product specialists will answer consumer questions, encourage lead generations by engaging consumers and delivering positive, quality and memorable interactions

Dates/Times/Location:

2 hour paid training – date and time TBD

Sept 5th, 2012

4pm – 9pm

Phoenix, AZ (exact location to be given later)

Sept 6th, 2012

5pm – 9pm

Scottsdale, AZ

Positions and Pay:

Lead Product Specialist:

$27/hour – Lead needs to have prior supervisory experience and reporting experience.  Lead will be paid for an additional 30 minutes for reporting each day

Product Specialist:

$25/hour
