For popular Cosmetics Brand during a Fashion & Beauty Shopping Event

Dates & Times:

Wednesday, May 9th: 1:30pm – 11:00pm

Thursday, May 10th: 2:15pm – 11:00pm

Promo Talent Objectives:

BA’S will be helping to take pictures at the photo activation on-site. This will require framing the picture (centering properly with the background) and taking the photo using a Droid mobile device.  They will receive and on-site training on how to use the phone app prior to the event.

BA’s will also be responsible for managing the sales kiosks on site.  They will be searching for product online, and helping each consumer through the purchase, applying a complimentary gift card for each transaction.  BA will also need to keep track of purchases made on site with each gift card for internal tracking purposes.

BA’s will also be helping the event manager with refilling disposable supply inventory, etc… and minor setup of small elements around the footprint.

During the event, BAs will be expected to speak on behalf of the brand, be familiar with products being used during the event, and engage consumers waiting in line, encouraging them to sign up for the mailing list on handheld iPads.

BA’s will also help with the flow of consumer foot traffic on- site, so they must have a good understanding of the event flow

Promo Talent Must Be:
18 years or older

Tech-Savvy
Prompt, responsible, & hard-working
Clean cut (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
Enthusiastic about working with public
Able to get to event on own as transportation costs are NOT included
Experienced in working events/promotions or related fields

Uniform Requirements:

Black Leggings, Branded Shirt, Blazer & 1” inch heels to be provided
Uniform sizes available are size 0-6

Compensation:
$21/hr
